New potato (May Queen)…1 piece
Onion…1/2 piece
Clams (with shell)…200 grams
Water…200cc
Soy milk…200cc
Rice oil…1 tablespoon
Miso...2 teaspoons
Rice flour…1 teaspoon
Mitsuba…appropriate amount

【How to make】
①Peel the potatoes and cut them into bite-sized pieces.
②Thinly slice the onion.
③Put rice oil in a pot and heat over medium heat, add ① and ② and stir-fry. When the onions become translucent, add rice flour and stir-fry further.
④Next, add the clams and cover with a lid. When the clams begin to open, add water and bring to a boil. Add soy milk, dissolve the miso, and season with salt.
⑤Place the ingredients in a bowl, pour in the soup, and add the mitsuba leaves.

In order to enjoy the deliciousness of new potatoes, we cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces instead of cutting them into small pieces. This soup is made with Japanese-style ingredients without using flour, butter, or milk.
