【How to make】
①Wash the potatoes well and cut them into long sticks with the skin on.
②Cut the pork into the same size as the potatoes.
③Put vegetable oil in a frying pan and heat over medium heat, add ② and stir-fry.When the pork changes color, add shimeji mushrooms and cherry tomatoes.
④Adjust the taste with salt koji and soy sauce.
