【Materials】 (For 2 people)
New potatoes (May Queen)…150 grams
Chicken gizzard...50 grams
Olive oil…100cc
Garlic…1 clove
Takanotsume(Red hot pepper)…1 piece
Salt…2 grams Italian parsley…appropriate amount

【How to make】
①Peel the potatoes and cut them into 5mm thick rounds.
②Thinly slice the chicken gizzard.
③Slice the garlic into rings.
④Put olive oil, ③, takanotsume, and salt in a small pot, heat over low heat, and when the aroma of garlic comes out, add ①.
⑤Put a bamboo skewer into the potato, and when the skewer goes through smoothly, add ②, and when the color of gizzard changes, turn off the heat.
⑥Arrange the potatoes from ⑤ in a heated heat-resistant container, add the gizzards, pour oil, and top with Italian parsley.
【point】
I use May Queen to keep the potatoes from melting. The tenderness of the potatoes is accented with the texture of the gizzard for a filling snack.
