Snap peas…60 grams
Chinese yam…60 grams
White soup stock...1 teaspoon Water...1 tablespoon

【How to make】
①Boil snap peas in boiling water, rinse with cold water, and drain.
②Peel the Chinese yam, put it in a blender with white soup stock, mix, and pour into a bowl.
③Add ① and water to a blender.
④Pour ③ into ② and mix 2 or 3 times with a bamboo skewer.
【point】
It is a pureed soup that has the scent of spring by mixing snap pea puree into dashi grated yam. It can also be used as a hospitality item during the season when the fresh greenery is beautiful.
