Snap peas…3 pieces
Green beans…3pieces
Broccoli...60 grams
New onion…80grams
Garlic…1/2 clove
Soy sauce…2 tablespoons
Rice vinegar...2 tablespoons
Mirin…1 tablespoon
Cane sugar…2 teaspoons
Olive oil…2 tablespoons

【How to make】
①Remove the strings from the snap peas, cut the green beans in half diagonally, and cut the broccoli into easy-to-eat pieces.
②Boil each of the vegetables from ① in boiling water with a small amount of salt, remove from water, drain and cool, then refrigerate.
③Finely chop the new onion and the garlic.
④Put the olive oil and ③ in a small pot and heat over low heat.When the aroma of garlic emerges, add soy sauce, rice vinegar, mirin, and cane sugar and bring to a boil over medium heat.When the onions become soft, turn off the heat. Let it cool down, and cool it in the refrigerator.
⑤Place the vegetables from ② in a bowl and pour over the sauce from ④.

A bean salad that you want to enjoy in abundance when it's in season. I also added broccoli to make a hearty warm vegetable salad. You can also transform it into a delicious salad by adding sliced raw sea bream etc.
