【Materials】 (For 2 people)
Pasta (penne)…75 grams
Shrimp...5 pieces
Snap peas…6 pieces Garlic...1/2 clove
Extra virgin olive oil…3 tablespoons
Salt…appropriate amount
Basil…appropriate amount (as desired)

【How to make】
①Add salt (1 teaspoon per 1 liter) to the boiling water and boil the penne for the specified time.
②At the same time, remove the strings from the snap peas, boil them briefly in the same water as ①, and then pull them out.
③Next, boil the shrimp, and when they turn red, pull them out, remove the shells and tails, and cut each shrimp into equal pieces.
④Add extra virgin olive oil and grated garlic to a bowl, mix together, tear off basil leaves and add.
⑤Drain the water from boiled ①,and add it to ④, and add ② and ③, and season with salt.
⑥Place ⑤ in a bowl and garnish with basil leaves.
【point】
In order to make it more efficiently, I boiled the ingredients in the same water. The refreshing scent of fresh basil stimulates the autonomic nervous system and balances the mind.
