Salted Rice malt and Lemon Salad with Nagaimo and Avocado

【How to make】
①Peel the Nagaimo, cut it into bite-sized pieces, soak it in water for a while, and then remove the water with paper towels.
②Cut the avocado in half, remove the seed, scoop out the flesh with a spoon, then put it in a bowl and mash it with the back of a fork.
③Add lemon juice, salted rice malt, and soy sauce to ②, mix, and season with salt.
④Add ① to ③, then add chopped coriander to your liking.

You want the avocado to be creamy, so use one that is well colored.
