【Materials】 (For 2 people)
Nagaimo(Japanese yam)…120grams
Eggplant…90grams
Mayonnaise…20grams
Soy sauce...1 teaspoon
Wasabi…2 grams (as you like)
Salt...as appropriate
Japanese parsley (for decoration)...as appropriate

【How to make】
①Peel the Nagaimo and cut it into bite-sized pieces.
②Remove the stems from the eggplants and cut into large pieces.
③Add ① and ② to oil heated to 170 degrees and fry quickly.
④Mix mayonnaise, soy sauce, and wasabi, season with salt, then add ③.
⑤Place ④ on a plate and add the Japanese parsley.
【point】
Deep-fry the Nagaimo until they are lightly coated with oil, leaving them with a crispy texture. Please adjust the amount of wasabi to your preference.
