【Materials】 (For 2 people)
Thinly sliced pork...150 grams
Tomato…1 medium (120g)
Chinese chive...40 grams
Sesame oil…1 tablespoon
Soy sauce...2 teaspoons
Sesame…appropriate amount

【How to make】
①Boil the pork in boiling water, drain and let cool.
②Cut the tomatoes into bite-sized pieces, and cut the Chinese chives into 4cm lengths.
③Put ②, sesame oil, and soy sauce into a bowl and mix.
④Add ① to ③ and mix.
⑤Place ④ on a plate and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
