【Materials】 (For 2 people)
Tomatoes...1 large (230grams)
Tofu...260grams
Dashi...600cc
Shrimp...80grams
Okra...6 pieces
Miso...40grams
Shichimi(Seven flavor chili pepper)...as needed

【How to make】
1.Cut the tomatoes and tofu into bite-sized pieces.
2.Remove the stems from the okra and cut them into 1 cm slices.
3.Peel the shrimp.
4.Put the dashi stock in a pot and bring it to a boil over medium heat, then add 1, 3, and the okra.
5.Dissolve the miso in 4.
6.Pour 5 into a bowl and sprinkle with shichimi.
【Point】
Add the okra last to avoid it getting overcooked. The cut edges of the okra are cute, so arrange it so that it floats.
