Okra...80grams Chicken breast...1 piece (250grams) Cooking sake...1 tablespoon
Salt...a little
Pepper...a little
Vegetable oil...1 tablespoon
Mayonnaise...50grams
Mustard paste...5grams
Soy sauce...1 teaspoon
Radish sprouts...as needed

【How to make】
①Remove the stem of the okra and cut it diagonally in half.
②Remove the skin from the chicken breast and slice it into thin slices. Sprinkle with sake and season with salt and pepper.
③Mix the mayonnaise, mustard paste, and soy sauce.
④Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add ② and fry until golden brown. Next, add the okra, add ③, mix well, and turn off the heat.
⑤Place ④ on a plate and garnish with radish sprouts.
