【Materials】 (For 2 people)
Thinly sliced pork…5 slices
Carrot…1 stalk
Chrysanthemum leaves…½ bunch
Salt…Appropriate amount
Pepper…Appropriate amount
Cane sugar…2 tablespoons
Soy sauce…2 tablespoons
Black vinegar…1 tablespoon Shichimi (Seven flavor chili pepper)...to taste

【How to make】
①Cut the carrots into 5cm long and thick sticks, boil and cool.
②Spread out the pork and cut it in half, then lightly season with salt and pepper.
③Place ① on ② and roll it up.
④Heat a frying pan over medium heat, add oil, place ③ on top and fry. When it is browned on all sides, remove it from the frying pan and place it on the plate on which the chrysanthemum leaves are laid.
⑤Add the cane sugar and soy sauce to the frying pan in ④ and heat over medium heat. When the cane sugar has dissolved, add the black vinegar and reduce a little.
⑥Pour ⑤ over ④ and sprinkle shichimi pepper to taste.
