Avocado…1 piece
Salted kelp…7 grams
Wasabi…4 grams (as you like)

Steamed broccoli and avocado with kelp and wasabi

【How to make】
①Cut the broccoli into bite-sized pieces and steam in a steamer until it is slightly firm. Peel the stems before using.
②Remove the seeds from the avocado, peel it, and cut it into 2cm cubes.
③Mix the salted kelp, wasabi, lemon juice, and olive oil in a bowl, add ② and mix, then add ① and mix again.
④Place ③ on a plate.
