【Materials】 (For 2 people)
Kintoki carrots…100 grams
White onions…100 grams
Beef (scraps)…100 grams
Sesame oil…1 tablespoon
Cane sugar… 2 tablespoons
Soy sauce…1 tablespoon
Cayenne pepper powder…Appropriate amount

【How to make】
①Use a peeler to shave the Kintoki carrots into long, thin strips.
②Cut the white onions into small diagonal slices.
③Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add the beef and stir fry. When the color starts to change, add ① and ②. When it becomes soft, add the cane sugar and soy sauce and continue to stir fry.
④Sprinkle with chili pepper to taste, mix, and serve in a bowl.
