Beer…100 cc
Cake flour…100 grams

Soy sauce…Appropriate amount
Mustard…Appropriate amount

【How to make】
① Divide the cauliflower and broccoli into bite-sized pieces.
② Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat them, add salt and mix well, add the beer, then add the cake flour and mix to make the batter.
③ Dip ① into ② and deep fry in 180°C oil until lightly browned.
④ Serve with lemon wedges.
⑤ Mix mustard and soy sauce on a small plate and serve as a dip.
【Points】
The carbonation from the beer makes the batter fluffy and crispy. The tangy flavor of the mustard soy sauce brings out the sweetness of the vegetables.
