Ginger and pumpkin soy milk soup

【How to make】
① Remove the seeds and pulp from the pumpkin, steam it in a steamer, and remove the flesh.
② Slice the onion thinly.
③ Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat, fry the onion, and when it becomes transparent, pour in the ginger and consommé soup, add ① and the sake lees and dissolve.
④ Blend ③ into a smooth puree using a blender or hand blender.
⑤ Combine ④ and soy milk in a pot, heat over low heat, and season with salt and pepper.
⑥ Pour ⑤ into a bowl and top with chervil.
