Sake-steamed squid and rape blossoms

【How to make】
① Separate the body and legs of the Japanese flying squid and remove the innards. Peel the body, remove the cartilage, and slice into rings.
② Cut the rape blossoms into 4cm lengths.
③ Finely chop the garlic.
④ Heat the sesame oil and garlic in a frying pan over medium heat. When the garlic starts to smell, add ① and fry. When the color changes, add sake and bring to a boil. When the alcohol has evaporated, add ② and the cherry tomatoes and cook briefly.
⑤ Season with salt and pepper, and serve in a bowl.

【Points】
A dish with a simple seasoning that brings out the goodness of the ingredients. Do not over-fry the rape blossoms, leaving them crisp and chewy.
