New onion…100 grams
Thinly sliced pork...100 grams
Pickled plums (seeds removed)…25 grams
Garlic…1/2 clove
Sesame oil…1 tablespoon
Soy sauce…1/2 teaspoon
Bonito flakes…appropriate amount
White sesame…appropriate amount
Kaiware radish…appropriate amount

【How to make】
(1) Slice the new onion thinly, spread it on a plate, let it sit for a while, and then expose it to water to make it crisp.
(2) Boil water in a pot, add pork pieces one by one and cook until they change color, then rinse with cold water and drain.
