Asparagus…2 pieces
Shrimp…3 (40grams)
Onion…40 grams
Cake flour…2 tablespoons
Potato starch…1 tablespoon
Cold water…3 tablespoons
Vegetable oil...as appropriate
Salt...as appropriate

【How to make】
① Cut the asparagus into 1.5 cm lengths. Cut the onion into thin slices.
② Boil the shrimp, peel them, and cut the flesh into 1.5 cm pieces.
③ Put ① and ② in a bowl, add 1 tablespoon of cake flour, and sprinkle it all over.
