Salmon...2 pieces
Salt and pepper...a little
Cucumber…1 piece
Onion…20 grams
Mayonnaise...60 grams
Wasabi...10 grams
Salt…appropriate amount
Japanese parsley…a small amount

【How to make】
①Finely chop the cucumber and finely chop the onion.
②Mix ① with mayonnaise and wasabi, and season with salt.
③Season the salmon with salt and pepper, spread vegetable oil in a frying pan, and fry the salmon over medium heat until golden brown.
④Put ③ on a plate, pour the sauce from ② over the top, and add the Japanese parsley for garnish.

Make the sauce just before serving so you can enjoy the flavor and texture of the cucumber. Please adjust the amount of wasabi to your liking.
