【Materials】 (For 2 people)
Okra...8 stalks (80grams)
Thinly sliced pork...120grams
Salt...a little
Pepper...a little
Potato starch...50grams
Vegetable oil...3 tablespoons
Pickled plums...10grams (plums only)
Water...30cc
Rice vinegar...1 teaspoon
Cane sugar...10grams

【How to make】
①Remove the stems of the okra and cut it diagonally in half.
②Cut the pork in half and lightly season with salt and pepper, then coat with potato starch.
③Break up the pickled plums.
④Combine the water, rice vinegar, and cane sugar and add ③.
⑤Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add ② and fry until cooked through, then add ① and stir fry briefly. When the okra becomes bright in color, wipe off excess oil with kitchen paper.
⑥Add ④, and when it thickens, turn off the heat.
