Chicken thigh meat...150g
Salt and pepper (for seasoning)...as needed
Olive oil...1 teaspoon
Plums (ripe)...3
Sunny lettuce...as needed
Baby leaves...as needed
Apple cider vinegar...1/2 teaspoon
Extra virgin olive oil...1 teaspoon
Salt...as needed

【How to make】
①Soak sunny lettuce and baby leaves in cold water.
②Cut chicken thighs into thin slices and season with salt and pepper.
③Put olive oil into a frying pan, heat it over medium heat and fry ② on both sides until well browned.
④Remove skin and seeds from plums and cut into 1.5 cm cubes.
⑤Mix ④, extra virgin olive oil, and apple cider vinegar in a bowl and season with salt and pepper.
⑥Place drained ① on a plate, top with ③, and pour ⑤ over.
【Point】
If plums are not fully ripe, it will be difficult to peel them, so make a cross cut in the top of the plum, quickly dip them in boiling water, then place them in cold water and peel. If they are not very sweet, add a little cane sugar to adjust the flavor.
