【Materials】 (For 2 people)
Corn…1 stalk
Rice…2 cups
Kelp…2 grams
Salt…1/2 teaspoon
Aosa nori (sea lettuce) …as needed

【How to make】
①Wash the rice, add the amount of water and kelp, and soak for a while.
②Cut the corn in half and remove the kernels from the cob with a knife.
③Add salt to the rice in step ①, mix, and place the corn kernels and cob from step ② on top and cook.
④Add the amount of sea lettuce to the rice you want to eat, mix, and serve in a bowl.
【Points】
It will taste better if you cook it together with the cob, which contains umami ingredients. Adding the aroma of the seashore with sea lettuce to corn rice will create a flavorful, adult-like corn rice that is different from usual.
