Natto…2 packs
Potato starch…2 tablespoons

Bell peppers stuffed with natto

【How to make】
①Remove the stem and seeds from the bell peppers and cut them in half lengthwise. Finely chop the flesh attached to the stem.
②Add the natto, potato starch, soy sauce, and the finely chopped flesh from ① to a bowl and mix together.
③Stuff the half-cutting bell peppers from ① with ②. Spread the potato starch on a 10cm square piece of parchment paper, and place the stuffed bell peppers natto side down on it.
④Deep fry the bell peppers in 170° oil until they are cooked through.
⑤Place ④ on a plate and top with chopped green onions and chili threads, and add soy sauce as you like.
