Molokhiya…60 grams
Corn…1 stick
Rice flour…3 tablespoons

Fried molokhiya and corn

【How to make】
①Remove the leaves from the molokhiya stem.                                                                                  ②Cut corn in half, remove the kernels from the corn cob with a knife, and sprinkle with potato starch (not included in recipe).                                                                                                          ③Mix rice flour and water in a bowl.                                                                                                  ④Dip the leaves from ① in the batter from ③, and arrange in a radial manner on the parchment paper cut into 10cm squares. Then, put the corn kernels dipped in the batter on them.                      ⑤Deep fly ④ in oil at 170 degrees, turn over when the parchment paper peels off, and fly the other side too.
