Molokhiya…100 grams
White fish fillets…2 slices
Rice…200 grams
Onion…1/2 piece
Garlic…2 cloves
Dashi…500cc
Pickled plums (shiso plums)…2 pieces
Parmesan cheese…As you like

【How to make】
①Cut the molokhiya into 2cm pieces, including the stem.
②Finely chop the onion and garlic.
③Cut the white fish into bite-sized pieces.
④Add vegetable oil and ② to a pot and fry. When the aroma comes out, add the white fish and continue to fry.
⑤Pour the dashi into ④, and when it is warm, add the rice and ① and boil briefly.
⑥Place ⑤ in a bowl, top with pickled plums, and sprinkle with cheese if desired.
【Points】
This is a simple rice porridge of the risotto style made with cooked rice. Use sour shiso plums, and mash them while eating.
