Avocado…1 piece
Shrimp…10-12 pieces
Basil Leaves…10-12 pieces
Gyoza skins…10-12 pieces
Rice flour…Appropriate amount
Frying oil…Appropriate amount
Garlic…1/2 piece
Onion…1/4 piece
Juice of lemon…1 teaspoon
Extra virgin olive oil…2 teaspoons
Salt...Appropriate amount

【How to make】
①Peel the shrimp, cut into the back and stomach with a knife to remove the vein, and coat with rice flour.
②Place the shrimp from ① on the gyoza skin, place a basil leaf on top, wet the skin with water with your fingers, fold in half and close.
③Finely chop the onion and grate the garlic.
④Cut the avocado in half with a knife, separate it in two, peel and remove the seed, scoop it out with a spoon and put it in a bowl, add lemon juice and olive oil, and mix well by mashing it with the back of a fork.
⑤Add ③ to ④ and mix, and season with salt.
⑥Deep fry ② in 170°C oil until golden brown, drain the oil, and serve on a plate with ④ on the side.

An easy way to fry using gyoza skin. The crispy texture and the spreading aroma of basil are addictive. The avocado dip enhances the flavor even more.
