【Materials】 (For 2 people)
Taro (peeled)…150 grams
Burdock…1/4 stalk
Garlic (grated)…1/2 teaspoon
Soy sauce…A little over 1/2 tablespoon
Italian parsley…Appropriate amount

Stir-fried taro and burdock with garlic and soy sauce

【How to make】
①Peel the taro and cut it into bite-sized pieces. Boil water in a pot and boil the taro until it is soft enough to pierce with a bamboo skewer.
②Peel the burdock and slice it diagonally.
③Add olive oil (not included in the recipe) to a frying pan and add the garlic, heat over medium heat, add ① and ②, stir fry, and drizzle with soy sauce.
④Place ③ in a bowl and garnish with finely chopped Italian parsley.

【Points】
Pair with the burdock, which has a texture that contrasts with taro. The more you chew it, the more you can taste the rich flavor of the vegetables.
