【Materials】 (For 2 people)
Taro (peeled)…200 grams
Thinly sliced pork…150 grams
Potato starch…Appropriate amount
Frying oil…Appropriate amount
Green onion…1/2 stalk
Soy sauce…3 tablespoons
Rice vinegar…1 tablespoon
Cane sugar…3 tablespoons
White sesame…1 teaspoon

【How to make】
①Peel the taro and cut it into bite-sized pieces. Boil water in a pot and boil the taro until it is soft enough to pierce with a bamboo skewer.
②Cut the sliced pork into bite-sized pieces, season with salt and pepper (not included in the recipe), and coat with potato starch.
③Finely chop the green onion, put in a bowl, add soy sauce, rice vinegar, cane sugar, and white sesame seeds, and mix.
④Deep fry ① and ② in oil heated to 170°C.
⑤Place ④ in a bowl after draining the oil, and pour ③ over it.
【Points】
The green onion and sesame sauce goes well with the crispy fried taro and pork, and also increases the nutritional value.
