【Materials】 (For 2 people)
Maitake mushrooms…1 pack
Dashi…80 ㏄ Salt…Appropriate amount
Rice flour…4 tablespoons
Aonori (Dried green seaweed)…2 teaspoons
Beaten egg…Appropriate amount
Bread crumbs…Appropriate amount
Deep-frying oil…Appropriate amount
Lemon…1/4 piece

【How to make】
①Cut the maitake mushrooms to bite size pieces.
②Put dashi, salt and ① in a frying pan and heat over medium heat until the water has reduced, then turn off the heat.
③Put the rice flour and aonori in a bowl and mix together.
④Dip ③ into the cooled ② and shake off any excess flour.
⑤Dip ④ into the beaten egg, then coat with bread crumbs.
⑥Deep fry ⑤ in 170° oil, then serve on a plate and garnish with lemon.
【Points】
Add the scent of the sea to the maitake mushrooms to resemble oysters to make them taste like fried oysters.
