【Materials】 (For 2 people)
Ground chicken…75 grams
Carrots…60 grams
Sake…1.5 tablespoons
Cane Sugar…1 tablespoon
Soy sauce…1 tablespoon
Rice…Appropriate amount
Mitsuba…Appropriate amount

【How to make】
①Finely chop the carrots.
②Put the sake and ground chicken in a pot and place on medium heat. While stirring with chopsticks, add the cane sugar, soy sauce, and carrots, and continue stirring until the broth has evaporated.
③Place the rice in a bowl and top with ②.
④Garnish with mitsuba on top as you like.
【Points】
The sweetness and texture of carrots are added to the usual flavoured minced chicken. This autumn-colored rice has a more vibrant look.
