【How to make】
①Wash the lotus root and burdock root thoroughly, cut the lotus root into 3mm thick pieces and the burdock into 5cm lengths, then cut lengthwise into 3mm thick pieces and soak in water.
②Cut the carrots in half lengthwise and then cut into 3mm diagonal slices.
③Heat the frying oil to 170°C, wipe off the excess water thoroughly, fry ① and ②, and when they float to the top of the oil, remove them from the oil and drain them.
