Sweet potato…80 grams
Silken tofu…75 grams (60 grams after draining)
Sudachi…1 piece
Rice vinegar…1 teaspoon
Cane sugar…1 tablespoon

Sweet potato dressed with tofu and sudachi sauce

【How to make】
①Cut the sweet potato into 2cm round slices and steam.
②Cut the sudachi citrus in half to obtain 2 round slices, grate the remaining skin, and squeeze out the juice.
③Drain the silken tofu, mash it with the back of a fork, and mix with the cane sugar, rice vinegar, and juice from ②.
