【Materials】 (For 2 people)
Chestnuts…60 grams (peeled)
Rice flour…2 tablespoons
Water…2 tablespoons
Cane sugar…1.5 teaspoons
Cinnamon…1 teaspoon
Salt…0.5 teaspoon
Frying oil…Appropriate amount

【How to make】
①Soak the chestnuts in hot water and peel off the outer shell, as well as the inner skin.
②Boil ① in boiling water for 3-5 minutes depending on size, until they are still slightly firm.
③Mix rice flour and water in a bowl, dip ② in them and fry in oil preheated to 170°C.
④Mix cinnamon, salt and cane sugar.
⑤Place ③ on a plate and place ④ on a small plate.
【Points】
Chestnuts taste better if you parboil them to bring out the sweetness before frying.
