Stir-fried Chinese cabbage and oysters with ginger

【How to make】
①Coat the oysters with potato starch, rinse them quickly with water while removing any dirt, drain them with paper towels, lightly coat them with potato starch again, and shake off any excess.
②Cut the Chinese cabbage into 3cm pieces, and thinly slice the shiitake mushrooms.
③Mix extra virgin olive oil, soy sauce, and grated ginger.
