Broccoli…½ piece
Deep-fried tofu…½ piece (50 grams)
Onion…30 grams
Salt…a pinch
Black vinegar…3 tablespoons
Cane sugar…2 tablespoons

Grilled broccoli and deep-fried tofu with onion marinade

【How to make】
①Cut the broccoli into bite-sized pieces, cut in half and grill. Peel the stems before using.
②Thinly slice the onion, sprinkle with salt and set aside.
③Cut the deep-fried tofu in half lengthwise, then cut into 1cm strips and fry in a frying pan until the surface is crispy.
④Mix the black vinegar and cane sugar in a bowl, squeeze out the water from ②, add it and mix well.
⑤Place ① and ③ on a plate and pour ④ over the top.

This dish is made by eating broccoli with onions that have been seasoned. To make the most of the broccoli's flavor, do not marinate it together with the onions, but add it after.
