【Materials】 (For 2 people)
Broccoli…½ piece
Broccoli leaves…30 grams
Ground beef and pork…100 grams
Miso…1 tablespoon
Potato starch…1 tablespoon
Water…3 tablespoons
Dashi…100cc
Salt…Appropriate amount

【How to make】
①Cut the broccoli into bite-sized pieces and steam in a steamer until it is slightly firm. Peel the stems before using.
②Finely chop the broccoli leaves.
③Heat the ground beef and pork in a frying pan over medium heat, stir fry while breaking it up with a wooden spatula, then add ② and stir fry.
④When the color changes, add the dashi and miso. When the miso has dissolved, add the potato starch dissolved in water and mix. When it thickens, turn off the heat and add salt to taste.
⑤Place ① on a plate and top with ④.

Pour the meat and miso over the bulky broccoli for a filling side dish.
