【Materials】 (For 2 people)
Small turnip…100 grams (1 piece)
Maitake mushroom…½ stalk
Vegetable oil…½ teaspoon
Green laver…Appropriate amount
Salt…Appropriate amount

【How to make】
①Wash the turnip and cut them into 8 equal pieces with the skin on.
②Cut the maitake mushrooms into bite-sized pieces.
③Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add ① and ② and cook on both sides until golden brown.
④Place ③ on a plate and sprinkle with green laver and salt.
