【Materials】 (For 2 people)
Beef (thinly sliced shoulder loin)…180 grams
Small turnip…100 grams (1 piece)
Apple…70 grams
Garlic…½ piece
White leek…1 piece
Vegetable oil…1 teaspoon
Soy sauce…Appropriate amount

【How to make】
①Peel the turnip and apple, grate them and mix them together.
②Grate the garlic and mix into ①.
③Cut the white leek into 4cm lengths.
④Add vegetable oil to a frying pan and cook ③ on both sides over medium heat until browned, then remove to a plate.
⑤Next, add the beef cut into bite-sized pieces and cook until it changes color.
⑥Place ⑤ on the plate with ④, pour ② over the beef, and add soy sauce.
【Points】
Make a complex sauce by adding various ingredients based on the clean flavor of the turnip. I wanted to show off the white color of the turnip, so I added the soy sauce afterwards.
