【Materials】 (For 2 people)
Enoki mushrooms…180 grams
Pork (thinly sliced)…6 pieces Yuzu pepper...6 grams
Vegetable oil…1 tablespoon
Cane sugar…1 tablespoon
Soy sauce…1 tablespoon
Sake…1 tablespoon
Mirin…1 tablespoon
Radish sprouts…Appropriate amount

【How to make】
①Cut off the stems of the enoki mushrooms and divide them into equal pieces.
②Spread the pork out and spread with yuzu pepper with a spoon. Place ① on the front and roll up the pork.
③Add vegetable oil to a frying pan and place ② on medium heat, cover, and when the pork starts to change color, remove the lid and cook until the surface is browned.
④Mix cane sugar, soy sauce, sake, and mirin in a bowl and add to ③, reduce a little, and mix well.
⑤Place ④ on a plate and garnish with radish sprouts.
【Points】
Spread yuzu pepper on the pork so that the flavors of the enoki mushroom and yuzu pepper blend together when you bite into it.
