【Materials】 (For 2 people)
Green onion…1 stalk
Chicken thigh…200 grams
Garlic…1 piece
Olive oil…150cc
Salt…Less than 1 tablespoon
Red hot pepper…1 piece

【How to make】
①Cut the green onion into 4cm lengths.
②Cut the chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces.
③Thinly slice the garlic.
④Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a small pan over medium heat, add ① and ② and cook until golden brown on both sides, then remove to a heat-resistant container.
⑤Add the remaining olive oil, salt, and red hot pepper to pan ④ and heat over medium heat. When hot, add ③, and when golden brown, turn off the heat and pour into ④.
