【Materials】 (For 2 people)
Shrimp potatoes (for dip) 200g (150grams paste)
(for chips)…2 pieces
Soy milk…20 grams
Salt…2 pinches
Black olives (pitted)…20 grams
Pink pepper…3 pieces
Dill…As desired
Frying oil…Appropriate amount

【How to make】
①Peel the shrimp potatoes (for the dip) while they are steamed and hot, then mash them with the back of a fork to make a paste.
②Finely chop the black olives with a knife.
③Add soy milk and salt to ① and mix. When it becomes smooth, add ② and torn dill and mix.
④Place ③ in a bowl and garnish with pink pepper and the rest of dill.
⑤Peel the shrimp potatoes (for the chips) and slice them thinly with a slicer.
⑥Deep fry ⑤ in 170° oil until crispy.
⑦Place ④ and ⑥ on a plate.

A shrimp potato snack that is unique to this season. A gentle shrimp potato chips and dip. Dip the chips in the dip and enjoy.
