【Materials】 (For 2 people)
Jerusalem artichoke…100 grams
Ginger…5 grams
Butter…5 grams
Oysters…150 grams
Sake…80cc
Soy sauce…1 teaspoon
Salt…a little
Black pepper…a little
Green onion…Appropriate amount

【How to make】
① Wash the Jerusalem artichoke thoroughly and cut it into 2cm thick pieces with the skin on.
② Cut the ginger into thin strips.
③ Heat butter in a pot over medium heat, add ① and stir fry. When it is slightly cooked, add the oysters, ginger and sake and cover.
④ When the oysters are plump, add soy sauce, turn off the heat and season with salt and black pepper.
⑤ Place ④ in a bowl and garnish with finely chopped green onions.
【Points】
A dish where the sweetness of the Jerusalem artichoke, the umami of the oysters and the aroma of the sake all intertwine. Be careful not to overcook after adding the oysters.
