稚児の6人は祇園祭・前祭（さきまつり）の山鉾巡行（7月17日）で綾傘鉾を先導する。この日は山鉾町の子として迎えられる「結納の儀」を経て、本殿で「社参の儀」に臨んだ。

On this day, they first underwent the "Betrothal Ceremony," in which they were formally welcomed as children of the *Yamaboko-cho* (the neighborhood associated with the float), before proceeding to the main hall for the "Shrine Visit Ceremony."

2026年7月7日，祗園祭綾笠鵺花車（京都市下京區）的六名兒童侍從前往京都市東山區八坂神社參拜，祈求節慶平安順利。
這六名兒童侍從將在祗園祭的先祭（7月17日）遊行中引領綾笠鵺花車。當天，他們在接受花車巡遊區兒童的「訂婚儀式」後，前往主神社參拜。

기온 축제의 아야 우산호(교토시 시모교구)의 치아 6명이, 축제의 무사를 기원하는 「사참의 의식」이 2026년 7월 7일, 교토시 히가시야마구의 야사카 신사였다.
치아의 6명은 기온 축제·마에제(사마키츠리)의 산호 순행(7월 17일)으로 아야산 鉾을 선도한다. 이날은 야마호초의 아이로 맞이할 수 있는 ‘결납의 의’를 거쳐 본전에서 ‘사참의 의’에 임했다.
