2025年2月23日の午後6時45分ごろ、京都府向日市の阪急京都線沿線で、「住宅の1階窓から火が出ている」と119番があった。京都府警向日町署によると、2階建てとみられる民家が燃えており、住人の80代男性と連絡が取れていないという。現場は阪急西向日駅の南西約350メートルの住宅街。

At around 6:45 pm on February 23, 2025, a call was made to 119 reporting that "fire was coming out of a first-floor window of a house" along the Hankyu Kyoto Line in Muko City, Kyoto Prefecture. According to the Kyoto Prefectural Police Mukomachi Police Station, a two-story house was on fire and the resident, a man in his 80s, was unable to be contacted. The incident occurred in a residential area about 350 meters southwest of Hankyu Nishi-Muko Station.
