【Materials】 (For 2 people)
Chinese cabbage…100 grams
Kidney beans…5 pieces
Chicken breast…2 bottles
Apple…1/4 piece
Apple vinegar…1 tablespoon
Extra virgin olive oil…1/2 tablespoon
Soy sauce…1/2 teaspoon
Honey…1/2 teaspoon
Garlic (grated)…A small amount
Salt and pepper…Appropriate amount

【How to make】
① Cut the Chinese cabbage into bite-sized pieces.
② Remove the stems from the kidney beans and cut them diagonally in half.
③ Remove the tendons from the chicken breast and poke holes in them with a fork.
④ Boil water in a pot, add a pinch of salt (not included in the recipe), boil ②, then transfer to cold water to cool. Boil ③ in the same water, remove it when the color changes and flake the flesh.
⑤ Peel the apple, remove the core, and grate it.
⑥ Add apple vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, soy sauce, honey, and grated garlic to ⑤, mix, and season with salt and pepper.
⑦ Place the Chinese cabbage on a plate, sprinkle with ④, and pour on the dressing from ⑥.
【Points】
Since apples vary in acidity and sweetness, taste it at the end and fine-tune the amount of vinegar and honey.
