Extra virgin olive oil…Appropriate amount

Thick radish and green onion soup

【How to make】
① Thinly slice the green onion diagonally, and cut the daikon radish into thin chrysanthemum shapes.
② Heat olive oil and grated garlic in a pan over medium heat. When the garlic starts to smell, add ① and stir fry thoroughly, being careful not to burn it.
③ When the daikon radish starts to soften, add water and consommé and simmer.
④ When the green onion and daikon radish start to soften, add soy milk and cook quickly over low heat, season with salt and turn off the heat.
⑤ Place ④ in a bowl, top with chopped and salted daikon leaves if available, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with black pepper.

【Points】
Soy milk tends to separate if heated too much, so cook it only briefly. Green onions and daikon radish will warm you from the inside out and help prevent colds.
