【Materials】 (For 2 people)
Daikon radish…100 grams
Thinly sliced pork…100 grams
White onion…½ stalk
Garlic…½ piece
Sesame oil…1½ tablespoons
Cane sugar…1 spoon
Soy sauce…1 tablespoon
Chimi pepper…Appropriate amount

【How to make】
① Cut the daikon into strips, slice the white onion diagonally, and grate the garlic.
② Add sesame oil to a frying pan and heat over medium heat. Add the daikon and cook until golden brown, then remove from the frying pan.
③ Add the white onion and bite-sized pieces of pork to the frying pan from step ② and fry until the meat changes color. Return the daikon to the frying pan after removing it, add the grated garlic, cane sugar, and soy sauce, and stir fry. Sprinkle with chili pepper to taste.
【Points】
The crunchy texture of the daikon and green onion makes this a dish that goes well with rice. Cooking the daikon thoroughly brings out its sweetness.
