Cauliflower…250 grams
Celery…1 piece
Garlic…1 clove
Chicken thigh…150 grams
Olive oil…2 tablespoons
Mayonnaise…2 tablespoons

【How to make】
① Divede the cauliflower into small pieces and boil in boiling water until firm.
② Cut the celery stalks diagonally. Finely chop the garlic.
③ Slice the chicken thighs into thin strips and season lightly with salt and pepper.
④ Heat the olive oil and garlic in a frying pan over medium heat. When the aroma comes out, add ② and fry lightly.
⑤ Remove the celery from the frying pan, then fry the chicken on both sides.
⑥ Remove excess fat with paper towels, add the celery, boiled cauliflower, mayonnaise, and soy sauce, and fry. Season with salt and pepper.
