Cauliflower…250 grams
Egg…4 pieces
Spicy cod roe…2 bellies
Olive oil…4 tablespoons
【How to make】
① Boil the cauliflower in salt (salt is not included in the recipe) until it is slightly firm, and boil the leaves together.
② Cut ① into 2cm cubes and chop the leaves.
③ Cut the spicy cod roe lengthwise and use the back of a knife to scrape out the flesh from the thin skin.
④ Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add the cauliflower from ② and the cod roe from ③, and fry until the cod roe is crumbly.
⑤ Remove ④ to a plate, clean the frying pan, add 3 tablespoons of olive oil and heat over medium heat, add ④ and the beaten egg mixture and stir vigorously. When it becomes half-cooked, reduce heat to low, cover, and steam.
⑥ Cover ⑤ with a plate, flip it over, slide it back into the frying pan, and fry quickly over medium heat until the other side is browned.
